About Me
Originally a northerner, I’ve lived in Cornwall for over 10 years.
You’ll often find me in or by the sea. If I’m not by the sea you may find me wandering on Dartmoor or in my garden - regardless of the weather.
I’m passionate about animal welfare and a sighthound fanatic. A doggie mum to Maisie and Silas, 2 rescue greyhounds. I’ve had rescue greyhounds for over 15 years.
I also enjoy Yoga, Pilates and a range of spiritual pursuits, and am a lover of Eurovision and afternoon tea.

Courage is my desire to push myself and know sometimes this is about being outside of my comfort zone.
ENLIGHTENMENT
I’ve always had a natural curiosity for people, knowledge and understanding. It was a key driver for my career choices.
My Story
I spent 35 years in the Corporate world working across a variety of sectors.
I was a career HR professional with the last 15 years holding “Head of” / Director level roles partnering Boards and Board level Executives. Having operated as a coach for 15 years, I decided to add formal professional coaching qualifications to my portfolio of expertise.
I decided to create Space for You to bring together areas I’m passionate about.
My purpose is helping others thrive and succeed. I do this by creating understanding, self awareness, sense of purpose and clarity of direction.
Typically this involves facing some challenges and having a plan. Of course thriving and success mean different things to all of us which is why it’s about you and only you, and why it’s so rewarding.
